Are you leading an activity, demonstration, or informational booth?
When you Sign Up to Volunteer, identify yourself as a “Team Lead” and share as much information as possible about your proposed station.
Include the names and t-shirt sizes of your team members when signing up. If you don't have this information yet, please have your team members register themselves and list your name as their Team Lead. (Remember, volunteers must sign up by mid-June to guarantee a t-shirt in their size!)
We expect as many as 2,000 guests on Neutrino Day. Please ensure that you bring enough supplies and that your team staffs the activity from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
We provide a 6’ table, two chairs, and electrical outlets for most stations. If you have a special request, (e.g., your activity requires additional space, you’d like to be located outdoors, your activity requires an above-average amount of electricity) please let us know when you sign up.
