Historic Yates Hoistroom

Muon Detector – Seeing Unseen Particles | A demonstration showing how classrooms worldwide use cosmic ray muon detectors to explore the universe’s invisible particles. | Handley Center |

Neutrino Detector 5000 | Step into the dark and discover the unseen! Kids will uncover hidden stamps representing the three types of neutrinos—electron, muon, and tau. Just like neutrinos that pass through us undetected every second, these stamps are invisible to the naked eye... until science lights the way! | Visitor Center |
