The Opera House will host three in-person science talks throughout the day. Start at the Visitor Center and catch a school buss shuttle to this location.

First, learn about the strangeness of neutrinos and the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment with Dr. Claire David (11 a.m. at the Opera House).

Next, explore the science of the Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center with EROS acting director Dr. Pete Doucette (2 p.m. at the Opera House).

Don’t miss our Neutrino Day finale! Our headlining speaker is Dianna Cowern, creator and host of the viral “Physics Girl” YouTube series (4 p.m. at the Opera House). With over 2 million subscribers, “Physics Girl” invites everyone into the world of physics through experiments, demonstrations and cool new discoveries.
